As a comic book artist, I'm not sure that there's anything more gratifying that when someone asks you to draw your character—not Batman, Wolverine or Spider-Man, but a character that you have worked hard at developing and building. That's one of those "Oh, wow!" moments that you never forget. When it happens repeatedly, you feel truly fortunate.
The description for this one was very simple: Athena with her jacket slung over her arm. It turned out to be a lot of fun!
